Terms & Conditions
1. The Transport Identity Card will be distributed among those students who have completed registration process successfully after first week of school reopening post summer vacation.
2. All the students must carry the Transport Identity Card while boarding their respective buses from 01.08.2023. In the absence of Identity Card, the bus attendant (Conductor/ Khalasi) will not allow the student to board the bus from 01.08.2023.
3. Identity Card is the property of Christ School and it holds the right to take it back from the student in case of any default in payment, misbehavior, damage to Christ School property and gross misconduct.
4. Whenever a default payment is made and to receive back the ID Card, parents are supposed to download the payment receipt and produce the same to the bus attendant or can send through WhatsApp to 9546474911.
5. The transport fee of the child must be paid through online payment on or before 15th of every month.
6. In case of any delay in payment, a late fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged from 16th onwards every month effective from 15.07.2023.
7. The bus stop of the child will not be changed without giving an official written application to Christ School at least one week in advance. If the same is not informed beforehand then parents will be liable for any issues resulting out of the change of stoppage.
8. If the stop is changed in between any single month, then whichever is the higher fee among the previous and the new stop will be charged for that same month and the new stop fee will be applicable from the next month.
9. Children of first trip are strictly not allowed to board second trip buses in the morning while coming to school. If caught doing same the child will be fined Rs. 500/- for every single time he/she is caught and if caught more than once can lead to discontinuation of service.
10. If any child misses his/her bus in the morning, only in such rare case, the child will be allowed to board the second trip or any other nearest route bus and the same should be mentioned in the diary of the student by the parent. However, habitual offenders will make themselves dysfunctional for their services.
11. Students are expected to maintain decorum in the buses. Any damage to the Christ School property by the students will be paid by their parents.
12. Parents must ensure that they reach the bus stop 5min before the arrival time of the buses, both in the morning and in the afternoon to drop and pick up their wards. Buses will not wait, as the same will delay other children. As the school is situated far from the town and busses have to reach school on time.
13. Parents are responsible for picking up/ dropping their wards from/to the designated stop mentioned and informed by the Christ School Office. Transport company will not be responsible for any mis-happening in case parents do not reach the stop before arrival of the school vehicle.
14. Transport fee must be paid for all the months every year (total 12 months) except for any special directive/ instruction from the government or any special reason announced by the School Management/Transporter.
15. Christ School will not entertain any discount for any transport facility for any reason.
16. Christ School will not be responsible for any confusion regarding the payment if the same is being made through the bus attendant.
17. Parents are expected to download the receipt from the Christ School portal after payment of transport fee.
18. A fee of 150/- will be charged for issuance of new Identity card if misplaced.
19. Christ School reserves the discretion to enhance any bus route apart from the existing ones.
20. In case there is any imbalance between the number of students and the number of seats in any particular route, priority for seats will be given to the youngest students.
21. An increase in transport fee will be informed to parents one month in advance.
22. While registering online, parents must select their nearest stop as per their convenience which should be the registered stoppage. No intermediate stoppages are allowed between two registered stops.
23. Parents will be liable for any wrong information uploaded in the Christ School portal. Service will be stopped immediately If wrong stoppage is uploaded deliberately by any parent.
24. The decision and amount of hike in transport fee is completely under the discretion of the Christ School Management.
25. Higher of the fare between pick up stop and drop stop will be considered as the standard stop for the child, in case if it is different.
26. There may be changes in stoppages, bus number and route during the new session. The same will be informed through the portal as and when required.
27. There might be some technical issues after launch of the new Christ School portal. Parents are requested to inform the Christ School office in case they face any difficulty.
28. In case of any dispute, the final decision of the Christ School Management will be applicable. No further discussions will be entertained by the Christ School Management.
29. The fee structure visible while making online payment will include:
A. Previous Session (2021 to 2023) due (if any)
B. March 2023 fee (50% of monthly fee of respective stop)
C. April 2023 and May 2023 fee (100% of monthly fee of respective stop)
D. Late fee of Rs.50.00 for the month of July 2023 (if payment is done after 15.07.2023)
E. Registration Fee of Rs. 500.00 (One time)
